Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sale/clearance items are final sale.
  • Accessories, jewelry (including permanent jewelry), hats, and custom items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

Exchanges

  • We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory.
  • If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit 
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
