Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delivery Times Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
